Al Noor Island is a unique, magical place. There are plenty of
activities for kids, adults, families, and those looking for a journey. Visit
Al Noor Island Park; home to a nature reserve that shelters a variety of plant

This stunning 3.2 km beachfront promenade is a popular attraction
for visitors and residents of Sharjah alike. It features a water park, numerous
restaurants, cafes, paddleboats, a children’s playground, and amazing views of
Dubai on one side and Ras Al Khaimah on the other. Watching as day turns into
night as enjoying an ice cream sundae can be quite loving! Go early in order to
beat Dubai’s sweltering heat by spending most of your time along The Corniche either swimming or playing at one of many water sports stations. You can
rent kayaks or surfboards while lounging on floats provided by hotels or
resorts along the shoreline.
4) Sheikh
Muhammad Bin Zayed Road
Sheikh Zayed Road is a highway that connects Dubai to Abu Dhabi. It
is one of three highways linking Dubai with other Emirates, along with Emirates
Road (E11) and Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road (E611). The E-Ring Road was built
parallel to Sheikh Muhammad Bin Zayed Road as part of Dubai's rising circle pathway
system, connecting all major highways leading from Dubai city inside. even if,
in fresh years travel volume has greater than before dramatically on both roads
with Sheikh Zayed being a particular bottleneck for commuter traffic due to
poor quality of service by Department of Transport. The street goes through in
excess of a couple of municipalities like Al Twar, Khalidiya, Mardi, Baniyas
Square, and Jumeirah Gardens.
5) Ajyad
Fortress
Explore one of Sharjah’s many forts, Aijad Fortress is known as a
historical landmark. It was constructed by a man named Al-Zarooni in 1820 as a
means of defending next to attacks from Portuguese pirates. Aside from being an
interesting architectural relic, it also houses several popular museums,
including The National Museum of Heritage and Archeology. For those interested
in history or architecture, taking a tour through Ajyad Fortress is sure to
please! One warning—the fort has been subject to major renovations over fresh
years; some portions are still under construction. There are no estimates on
when it will be complete but logically these things take years (rather than
months) to close.
6) Culture
Village & Heritage Village
These villages are located just outside of Sharjah. Culture Village
houses museums, restaurants, a theater, studios, and art galleries. Heritage
Village is a world-class museum set on ten acres that features multi-ethnic
architecture including replicas of Babylonian, Egyptian, Greek, and Ottoman-era
buildings among others. Outside of these unique destinations, you can visit a
botanical garden with over 3,000 varieties of flowers from around the world.
You can take an adventure tour through Dibba Mountains to marvel at nature’s
beauty or a journey across dunes atop camelback for one of life’s most thrilling
experiences! Whatever your activity level or taste maybe there are many fun
things to do in Sharjah beyond just shopping! This unique city truly has
something for everyone!
7) Gharam Beach
With soft white sand, an abundance of palm trees, and shallow
waters that provide plenty of protection from windy conditions at sea, Gharam
beach is your quintessential family beach. There’s a small café here that
sells everything from water sports equipment to freshly cooked food; depending
on what kind of vacation you’re looking for, there’s always something fun to do
at Gharam. If you want some time away from it all, look no further than a quiet
stroll along its sands. But if you need some distractions while on holiday with
kids or friends, both water skiing and kite surfing are available on weekends
at reasonable rates. And if you didn’t bring any food or drinks with you –
don’t worry!
